8 month old blue heeler

Please read description before messaging me. I have a 8 month old, female blue heeler for adoption. She is great with people but jumps a lot and occasionally nips but not hard. She NEEDS to be the only dog in the home. She is crate trained, but she doesn't like being in there as she is a snuggle bug and wants attention. She needs a fenced in yard to be able to run and burn energy. I will do a home check to make sure she is going to a good home. She needs someone with time to train her.
