Skilled Carpenter needed at 10-person Residential Design/Build Firm working on old homes in central Denver. Tasks include setting up protection, demo, minor excavation & concrete, interior framing, structural framing, installing doors & windows, installing cabinets/appliances/accessories, installing base/case/trim and cleaning up. Working on projects ranging from Bathrooms, Kitchens, Basements, Garages, One & Two Story Additions and Poptops. Requirements: 3+ years experience in the field minimum. Framing skills preferred. Must have a Driver’s License, Reliable Transportation and a relatively clean background check. Must have tool bags, basic hand tools and basic battery tool kit. Must be consistently at work and reliable. Benefits: W2 Employee, not 1099 Subcontractor 40-45 hours per week with overtime paid at 1.5x $24-30/hr depending on skills, knowledge, experience, reliability 6 paid Holidays per year 1 week of Paid Time Off first year and add’l week every year up to 4 weeks Annual Bonus $200/month Health Reimbursement $50/month Gas Card Company credit cards & cell phone provided
