RESPONSIBILITIES • Support the Lead Carpenter through the completion of construction projects • Dig and pour piers • Install deck framing, decking materials & railing • Various rough and finished carpentry • Maintain a clean and orderly job site • Keep warehouse space and tool trailer clean and organized • Oversee company vehicle maintenance Desired Qualifications and Skills: • One year of construction experience (preferred) • Ambitious and eager to learn new skills • Organized and detail-oriented • Good written and verbal communication skills • Excels at organization, time-management, and collaboration • A clean driving record • Easy going attitude, yet takes the job seriously Schedule Work schedule is 8:30 AM – 5 PM Monday - Friday. Jobs are along the Front Range, mostly in Longmont, Boulder, or Erie. Salary Range $18-$24/hr DOE Benefits Offered Paid Holidays, Consistent Monday - Friday schedule, 401K after 90 days of employment The Secret Sauce: At O’Keefe Built, we are building a team.
