The Cleanest House is excited to announce that we are adding an experienced and motivated member to our cleaning team. We operate in Central Denver, Lakewood and Golden. To be successful as a residential cleaner, you should have great attention to detail, a positive attitude and friendly disposition, and a dedication to excellence. Top-notch candidates should display their ability by being reliable, efficient, and have common sense and problem solving skills. The Cleanest House operates a bit differently than your typical cleaning company in that we provide your supplies to keep with you and you drive directly to the jobs, saving you a trip to the office each morning to pick up supplies. We are flexible regarding family schedules. For example, we don't have a specific start time, it will be customized to your schedule (ie your child starts school at 8:30am, we don't plan on you being at work until after that). The goal is to keep our cleaners happier and minimize the challenges by cutting down on commute times and offering flexibility to our valued workers. *Compensation: Starting pay is $18 / hour through a training phase which typically lasts 2 weeks. Once supervisor approves the title change from employee-in-training to Residential Cleaner, pay rises to $20 / hour. This is a 1099 contract position, with all supplies provided. Must have reliable car. Housecleaning Requirements: *Maintain a positive disposition. * Works well with others. * Great observational skills and attention to details. * Must have reliable transportation with a valid driver's license, current registration and proof of auto insurance. * Must be reliable, trustworthy, and dependable. * Be able to lift 30 pounds. * Animal friendly. * Reliable car that can be driven in snow. * Pass a criminal background check. * Must own a smart phone. * Must have personal liability insurance.
