Rock cover band ISO second guitarist to complete lineup

Looking for a second guitarist to handle either pure rhythm, or a mixture of lead and rhythm (depending on guitarist preference), to join a cover band based in the Philadelphia area. Currently a four-piece with a female vocalist, we need additional guitar to fill out the sound. We have 35 songs ready to go, and will be looking to book gigs in early-mid 2023 once the lineup is complete and the new guitarist is up to speed. We're covering songs by the likes of The Black Keys, Nirvana, The Strokes, QotSA, STP, aiming for a dive bar rock sound but striking a balance of songs popular and diverse enough to please a crowd. We currently practice at a studio in Manayunk, typically every other weekend. All the current members have 9-5 work or school commitments, but we're serious about the project and would be looking for someone willing to put in the work to learn the songs and come to practices prepared. You need to have good enough equipment (FX pedals etc) to hang with a loud band and play shows in the future, as well as reliable transportation. All experience levels will be considered; attitude, work ethic, reliability and good communication are as valuable as the ability to shred. Preferable age range would be 20-40 to avoid a jarring age difference with the current front-of-stage band members. Please be prepared to send some videos/recordings of your playing, and in response I can provide videos of recent band practices.
