We are seeking experienced painting subcontractors to join our team at Arrowhead Painting. As a subcontractor, you will be responsible for completing painting projects for our clients in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining high quality standards and the best customer. This subcontracting position has the possibility to pay out high percentage splits for the right candidates. We value our painting crews and make sure everyone makes money. Responsibilities: -Prepping surfaces, sanding, scraping, painting, basic carpentry work, mudding, etc. -Mixing and applying paint according to specifications -Operating painting equipment, such as brushes, rollers, and spray guns -Maintaining a clean and organized work environment -Completing projects within the agreed upon timeframe -Customer service and communicating with the customer giving them daily updates on progress of the project Qualifications: -At least 3 years of experience as a painting subcontractor -Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule -Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work -Valid driver's license and reliable transportation -Ability to lift and carry heavy objects -MUST BE LEAD CERTIFIED We offer competitive pay and the opportunity to work on a variety of projects.
