FedEx - do you also think they suck?

I'm waiting for a package to be delivered through FedEx and each time I enter the tracking number, there is no information on my package. This is not the first time with this problem. Also, the last package was tossed over our front gate and onto the concrete damaging the contents. Oh and we have a sign on our front gate "deliveries at rear gate" The next FedEx package went to the neighbor's house even though I was home. I buy a lot of stuff online and I will definitely make sure that my stuff is not shipped via FedEx !
