Country and/or bluegrass musicians

Hey y'all, me and a buddy are looking for some folks around our age (20s-30s) to start up a country and/or bluegrass band(s?) with. Biggest bluegrass influences are Tony Rice, JD Crowe, John Hartford, Del McCoury, Norman Blake, etc. Country influences are Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson, Merle Haggard, Guy Clark, Townes Van Zandt, etc I sing, play guitar, banjo, mandolin, fiddle, and a couple other instruments here and there.
