Our client, a theatre that celebrates playwrights and gives them an artistic home, is seeking a Facilities Manager to add to their team in NYC. Hours are 10am-6pm and they are in office 5 days a week. This person will ensure that all facilities policies and procedures are incorporated effectively into the performance and events schedule. The firm offers great benefits including free tickets to shows on Broadway and all shows that they host.Responsibilities:Work closely with General Management to ensure all health and safety measures are followedEvaluate and implement solutions to onsite tech issuesManage vendor and contractor relationships, including projects and maintenance schedulingSupport facilities team as they work closely with departments to coordinate resourcesCreate and manage the facilities budget and review bid service contractsQualifications:Must have 3+ years of experience in a multi-use facilityMust have knowledge of BMS, CCTV trouble ticket systemsMust have working knowledge of principles and practices of project managementMicrosoft Office Suite proficiencyCompensation/Benefits/Perks:Up to $80K baseMedical, dental, vision100% paid for employee through Cigna, medical contribution for dependentsFSA and transit benefit program401k with 4% match 10 days PTO, closed the week between Christmas and New Year'sFree tickets to shows on Broadway and any show they hold (2 tickets for all staff)Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
