Kramer Farms is looking for a farm hand to assist in daily operations of their small family crop farm located near Sutton, NE. We are looking for a self-motivated individual to be able to assist with planting, spraying, irrigating, fertilizing, and harvesting crops as well as maintaining/servicing farm machinery. As a family farm we value honesty, integrity, and hard work, and are looking for someone with a team spirit to join our operation. Qualifications: •Previous farm experience preferred •Ability to drive farm machinery such as semi-trucks, tractors, sprayers, etc. •Enjoys working with hands and being outdoors •Positive attitude and works well with others •Must be detail-oriented and able to follow directions •Looking for a self-motivated individual who takes pride in a job well-done •A valid drivers license (CDL preferred) Benefits: •$17-$25 an hour •Work vehicle provided •Paid Vacation Hours: Full-time position of 40+ hours per week.
