International Customer Experience Research Firm is looking for individuals to conduct Intercept Interviews to help improve the customer experience at Newark Airport.
The details:
- Interviewers will utilize tablets to collect passenger data using our state-of-the-art technology
- Interviewers will be badged by the airport and will go to a predetermined airport terminal location
- Collection time is estimated at up to 5 hours with varied weekdays and weekends and times of days across the month. We will work around your schedule!
- This is an ongoing monthly opportunity!
