Location: Allentown, PA Hours: Part-time, 25-35 hours per week Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and thorough cleaner to join our team and take care of the common areas in our apartment building. We have 10 in total located throughout Allentown, PA. The cleaner will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly appearance in the lobby, hallways, elevators, and other shared spaces in the building. Responsibilities: -Perform routine cleaning tasks in common areas of the apartment building, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming -Dispose of trash and recycle materials in designated areas -Wipe down surfaces, including windows, mirrors, and countertops -Disinfect and sanitize high-touch areas, such as door handles and elevator buttons -Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate party -Adhere to the schedule provided by the building manager Must have own transportation.
