I was at the local grocery this morning. The young lady (age maybe 30) in front of me was wearing a dark cloth mask. She exhibited the behavior of not approaching the customer in front of her.
So we have a respiratory barrier and distance. Ok fine and dandy.
But then I observed the items on the belt that she was purchasing.
Every item, every one of them, was in a box or in a bag.
All of them were processed ‘foods’.
Not a single item destined for her consumption was in the state provided by Mother Nature.
