I’m looking for someone that has the capability to run a crew and or a job. Must be able to assess a situation and make the right judgement call. A very skilled foreman type of guy to soon do have his own crew potentially. MUST have knowledge in concrete, retaining walls, pavers, French drains, and skid steer/excavator work. When I say knowledge I don’t mean doing it once or twice. Concrete and walls is most of our business. MUST be able to do it start to finish. If you can’t use a laser or form correctly with fall the RIGHT way don’t bother applying. I have the equipment, trucks and work. This will be a new crew with current employees and a new foreman. You’ll get a feel for how things go and learn how the guys do things. Pay is based on you. I’m willing to pay more than 99% of other employers. If you meet all of this criteria. This is an opportunity to make very good money with a very very busy company. Long days in the spring, summer and fall. Full time year round work. On the books. Must be able to work 8-14 hours a day, 6-7 days a week during the busy season. If you do hard drugs or come to work drinking please don’t bother to apply.
