We are currently hiring for 2 positions in our laser department. We need workers to be goal oriented team players. We all have different job titles, but at the end of the day we have the same goal… complete the job on time and exceed customer’s expectations. Even if it becomes a collaborative effort. Having production or manufacturing experience would be great, but we are willing to train the right person. This position is very repetitive. Candidate should be able to sit for long periods of time doing the same job, repeatedly. Quality is of utmost importance to us, so a keen eye for detail is a MUST! We conduct hourly QC checks so when in doubt about quality (or anything else), always ask a manager before moving on. Daily Responsibilities include (but are NOT limited to): -RUNNING PRODUCTION (1st and foremost) -Catch and report quality issues (must have attention to detail) -Prep, setup, and cleanup of your area -Maintain constant workflow -Complete tasks as given by department head Skills and Abilities: -Adobe Illustrator or comparable graphic design knowledge -Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot -Advanced attention to detail and accuracy -Strong collaborative working style -Consistency -Maintain schedule -Flexibility within job description – take cues from department head -Self-starter – takes initiative -Ability to work under tight deadlines -Team player—willing to help out in other areas -Reliable Transportation -Competitive pay - dependent upon experience -Paid Holidays -Medical, vision and dental insurance -IRA w/ Company Matching 3% -Paid time off -Overtime -Flexible Boss Work week is Monday – Friday Hours are 9am – 5pm Two 15-minute breaks, 30 min lunch OT is available ***RUNNING PRODUCTION CAN BE VERY REPETETIVE & is not for everyone.
