It is located in a commercial building and best suited for quieter music performance in a solo, duo, or trio setting. It is a great room for music teaching and instruction. It is not a room for LOUD music. Pricing is flexible depending on how many hours per week are needed. The space is limited to only a few trustworthy and responsible individuals.
