Description

We are looking for a dedicated, stable and someone that can handle multiple tasks for 2 mobile home parks in Frost Proof. Duties include but not limited to: Mowing grass & Trimming RV lots plus Common areas. Repair water lines and water spickets Repair Clean outs and sewer breaks. Cleaning and test pools daily. Ro-to-till drain fields Painting, shoveling, raking, cleaning and wiping things down. Blow off entrances and streets as needed. Must have some mechanical skills. Need some knowledge of mobile homes and RV rehab repairs. Will train the right person that has ambition, motivation and a desire to learn. Cell phones are permitted although they are not to be abused while you are working. Back ground check & drug test required Benefits available. Paid Holidays Paid Vacation when eligible. Must have a drivers license due to driving to and from parks. Hourly wage to start is 16.00 an hour although when you show progress this wage will increase. 40 hour work week Paid every 2 weeks.
