Join us on Friday, January 13, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. for Of Ebony Embers - Vignettes of the Harlem Renaissance celebrating great African American poets and music from the Jazz Age presented by Arts at St. Andrew's in collaboration with the City of Lake Worth Beach Martin Luther King Jr. Committee and the Lake Worth Interfaith Network. Music Theatre will be performed by the Core Ensemble featuring actor, Dracyn Blount, who explores the lives of Aaron Douglas, Claude McKay, Contee Cullen, and Langston Hughes with musical accompaniment by cellist Syneva Colle, Alfonso Hernandez on piano, and percussion by Michael Parola. The performance is free and open to the public. Fellowship reception to follow the program.
