WHAT TO EXPECT: Join us for an hour-long, deep-relaxation experience that will introduce you to the health and wellness benefits of the ancient art of sound healing (also known as sound bath or sound meditation) This special sound bath is designed to be a deeply restful experience focused on restoration and resetting ourselves back into alignment. This session will leave you feeling rejuvenated and more grounded within yourself so you can feel excited for all the new opportunties that awaits you for the rest of the year. WHAT IS A SOUND BATH? A Sound Bath is an immersive experience that intentionally uses waves of sound that carries vibration to slow down brainwaves into a restorative state, activating powerful self-healing within the mind, body and spirit. Sound is a universal language with ancient roots in cultures all over the world using sound and music for healing. The sounds during a Sound Bath are an invitation to journey into a deeper state of consciousness as an opportunity to gain perspective on what's going on within you. The goal of the experience is to invite deep relaxation, restoration and explore self-inquiry and self-discovery. WHO IS THIS FOR? -If you're wanting to relax, refresh and nourish yourself -Stress, anxiety or overwhelm dominates your life -You're challenged by illness -Grieving the loss of someone or even the past -You're seeking a breakthrough in your situation, career or higher purpose -You're looking to deepen your healing wisdom and spiritual connection -You're wanting to connect with a community of compassionate, inclusive and supportive beings alike WHAT TO BRING: It is necessary to bring a yoga mat, blankets for warmth and pillow for your comfort. We will not be providing these. Optional: You can also bring an eye mask, water bottle, sacred object for intention setting and journal. ARRIVAL: Event is 7:00-8:10pm. Doors open at 6:45pm. Please arrive early to check-in and set up your space. Doors will be shut right at 7pm so we can begin the event promptly. Larger lot across the street for the Ravenna Eckstein Community Center.
