CHARLESTON -- this is where you need to be on Chinese New Year! Ever wanted to make the famous CHIN'S egg rolls? Well, now you can -- Join us on Chinese New Year (The Year of the Rabbit) and Mrs. Chin will demonstrate how she makes her egg rolls. During this egg roll making class, you will get to make you own 6 egg rolls. Mrs. Chin will show how she perfectly rolls the egg rolls -- each person gets 6 egg roll wrappers, the egg roll filling (celery, mushrooms, minced shrimp & ground pork). Mrs. Chin will demonstrate and then you can follow along and make your own egg rolls. If you want, Kita staff will fry the egg rolls for you to take home (or eat on the spot). You'll also enjoy some delish KITA japanese appetizers, signature cocktails and draft beer (included with your ticket purchase). *other Kita menu items (at your own cost) and cash bar available.
