Their research-based surf therapy curriculum and programs are rooted in somatic, trauma-informed, nature, and community therapy models to best support holistic healing. SheChange: SheChange is a documentary following four of the best female big wave surfers in the world as they fight for equal access and equal pay in one of the most dangerous sports on earth.
