Join Compass Point home of Dirty Girl Adventures on February 2nd at 7:15pm to learn the science of Sourdough! You will learn all the steps to create delicious bread and leave with your fresh starter. Denise and Jennifer have had the privilege of being friends with Julie Justus for years. Maybe you know her, maybe you don't, but she MAKES DELICIOUS BREAD! We generally beg her to make her special bread for every gathering ever! She's agreed to share her secrets with you from start to finish you will know what to do to create fresh sourdough bread in various forms right at home. You will also leave with a fresh start of sour dough from the batch she has kept going for at least the last three years! This will be mostly a relaxing, learning and tasting event but you will receive instruction in bread making and leave with starter and the flour needed to feed if for the first few days. Cost: $25 Wear comfy clothes and be prepared to relax, chat and learn about this delicious bread making process!
