Company seeks an EXPERIENCED HANDYMAN to join our team. We have new projects early in 2023! We are growing and seek talented, dedicated individuals to grow with us. We are a dynamic company providing services to commercial clients. Excellent growth and advancement opportunities for the right motivated candidate. Responsibilities include: >Handling Repair and Maintenance Service Calls. >Handling projects with other Team Members and supervising vendors. >Responding to client locations to assess and resolve maintenance and service issues. >Supervising other company division employees in between projects and service calls. >Ensuring our client locations and employees have needed supplies. >Responding to calls for service or emergencies when needed. >Ability to be On-Call in case of emergencies. >Flexible schedule to accomplish required tasks. Most work Mon-Fri and One (1) Saturday a month. >Must have flexibility for some weekend/after-hours project work needs and OT. >Occasional travel to Ft. Myers, Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville or Tallahassee for projects. >Opportunities for extra income through project assignments, OT and discretionary Performance Bonuses. Candidates must: >Be 26 or over and able to legally work in the US. >Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record. >Be able to pass a background and drug screen. >Be able to use smartphone and e-mail. >Have provable Handyman/Maintenance/Repair Technician experience. >Be reliable, responsible, detailed quality driven and self motivated. > Able to work alone and as part of a crew.
