In October 2022 we met as community and started talking about Implicit Bias. We broke down what exactly Implicit Bias is and started exploring how it affects our daily lives. We would like to thank all who were able to attend this first community meeting and would like to invite you to continue this conversation with us. Let’s come together to dive deeper into our personal experiences with implicit bias and come up with solutions that will help us. While we cannot make implicit bias go away completely, we can work together to minimize the impact it has on our lives. As a community let us come up with actions, we can take to make sure that our families health and wellbeing come first.
