Looking for German Shepard Rescue

Looking for a German Shepard rescue for our girl.She is 18 months old. She doesn't like car rides she gets extremely car sick. She is scared to death of our neighbors who set off fireworks on the 4th of July, the are Spanish speaking and she is and has always been afraid to go it when they are out side. She has always been inside baby except for potty and play. It's getting harder and harder with this crazy weather to get her to go out. She jumps the 3 ft side of our fence and circles the house. She is extremely scared of the following, storms, thunder, wind, loud noises, fireworks, gunshots. This has been on going battle since this past 4th of July. It is to the point of us not being able to watch TV without her panting heavily, shaking and in our laps, pacing or hiding. It's heartbreaking but calming chews, Benadryl, thunder shirt nothing we have done has helped her at all. We are looking to place her with a rescue in hopes they can help her. Or placing her with an individual that can help her.
