Seeking an experienced contractor to repair water damage resulting from a leaky exterior entry door. Subject property is fairly new, so seeking a repair to "like new" condition. As such, job will be more in-depth than simply cutting out some subflooring. Not related to the above, but also seeking to replace an existing "open air" porch with a screened porch at the same subject property.
