Led by 4 incredibly knowledgeable and talented Coaches and Trainers, this workout is designed to meet you where you are, but leave you better than you came! We begin at 9:30 with a warm up, which will be well needed with a forecast of 40ish degrees this morning. Then, we’ll complete a cardio & strengthening circuit. Lastly a short HIIT circuit and run specifically designed to celebrate Dr. King. Breaks included, this is an hour and a half workout you don’t want to miss.
