REST NEST: Restorative Yoga + Meditation + Live Music Sound Bath We believe in the revolutionary power of rest, wellness and care-centered practice. When diverse community takes care of our bodies together, it is an act of resistance. Generations of activists, healers, artists and civil rights leaders have taught us that when we breathe and heal together, in community, we are sending a message. When we rest together, something changes. When we rest together, it matters.
