A 25-min Pilates mat workout taught by Kathleen Osbern (@kathosbern.nourishedaf) from Pilates of Kansas City that transitions into a 35-min KALOS workout taught by KALOS creator, Wendy Zoog (@wzoog).
This class is open to all fitness levels. All you need is your mat, water and to dress for a workout!
After the event, stick around to hang out in the beautiful XR lobby + enjoy a signature drink made with ingredients to keep your body feeling the warmth long after the workout.
