Install Floor Tile in Two Small Bathrooms

Two small bathrooms (4'x4' and 5'x5'). Need to install floor tile. I have purchased new 12"x24" tile, grout and spacers. Need someone to install the tiles and probably replace the adjacent base boards on the wall. Should be pretty easy, with just a little cutting around the door frames and toilets. Time frame is any time you can this winter. I don't happen to know the subflooring. Existing tiles are in decent shape. A couple cracks in one of the bathrooms.
