I have two passions: coaching intuition/consciousness expansion and teaching martial arts. Both are firmly based in the awareness and movement of energy. As a high-level instructor for White Dragon Martial Arts in Oceanside, California for over 20 years I understand the importance of physical, mental, and energetic balance. All of which you will have an opportunity to experience. Each class will build upon the next with the intention of completing the 24-step “short” form.
