Atlanta Vacay is a growing property management company (www.atlantavacay.com). As we grow we need good house cleaners to join our team and provide Airbnb Turnover and Housekeeping Services. Eventually, you will focus on either cleaning services or Airbnb Turnover services, not both. This will happen in the next 6 months. But until then, you need to be able to do BOTH Airbnb turnovers and Residential Housekeeping Services. Housekeeping Job Responsibilities: As a housekeeper, you will need to be able to do cleaning and organize things around the house. Wash dishes, do laundry clean bathrooms, mop, sweep, dust, etcetera. Sometimes there will be a need to do a deep cleaning, basic and deep cleanings. As well as run errands. Airbnb Job Responsibilities: You will be responsible for turning over an Airbnb. This includes washing bedclothes and towels, making beds, vacuuming, dusting, disinfecting, cleaning all bathrooms, restock consumable goods for guests. In addition to cleaning the Airbnbs, you will need to take inventory, buy supplies, restage the properties, take pictures of damages, and restock supplies.
