Join us for this super fun Mommy (or Daddy) and me class where you and your little will be given step by step instructions on how to create a fun Valentine themed charcuterie board with Amanda from Mint to Brie, followed by a fun set of cookies with Angie from Creative Cookies by Angie! Our friends at INTERCHANGE TIKI BAR & BREWING will have their kitchen open and will be ready to serve you their delicious food to enjoy during class. (Food purchases are not included in ticket price). During the first half of class, Amanda will walk you through step by step directions to show your child how to create their very own charcuterie board! You will assist your child in making their board. You will help your child make a peanut butter (or wow butter for anyone who might have an allergy) and jelly sandwich which will be cut into heart shapes. Next, you will help the child assemble their sandwich shapes and cut out cheese shapes on their board, followed by adding some fruit and chocolates to give it some fun color! During the second half of class, Angie will teach you everything you need to know in order to create 4 mini heart shaped royal icing sugar cookies! You will learn basic sugar cookie decorating skills and various icing techniques such as: How to outline a cookieHow to flood a cookieHow to apply sprinkles to give them a fun pop of definition and colorWe will provide everything you need including a fun, laid back atmosphere to create your charcuterie board and cookies.
