Cat needs new home

Our 6 year old cat needs a new home due to some issues between him and our other cat fighting periodically. We have had to make the hard choice to rehome one of them, and as I do not feel comfortable rehoming the aggressor(only towards the other cat, territorial issues), I will have to rehome the other. He is skittish with noises, does not like anything to do with outdoors, if I open a window, he hides. Not particularly fond of being held for more than maybe 30 seconds. Would make a good companion for someone who likes it quiet(tv noises is ok). I am asking a small rehoming fee of $50 so we know he is going to a good home that can care for him. You will need to bring a carrier due to his issue with outdoors. To whoever is flagging this ad, the incorrect flagging has been reported to CL, and every time I have to repost, it just puts it back on top...
