Outdoor event; very light labor

Hello ! I need help with setup for an outdoor event. There is some manual activity involved but it is very light. Must be over 18, must have ID, must be able to drive or otherwise come to the location (a public park) This is just a 1 hour activity. I will pay $25. If we go over 1 hour, I will pay $50. Ideally, we'd do this this week either Tuesday or after, at 8AM in the morning. Please check the weather and see if you are comfortable being outside for an hour in this weather. Thank you !
