Violet blue Indian Ringneck. Name is Billy Blue. Was last seen outside the vets office on 130 s flamingo Rd. In front of the Mc Donald's.Just got his wings clipped, can't fly. Very young bird, and shy. My son and I are desperately looking for him. Please if seen or found let me know.
