I have a 4 year old Mountain Feist/Chihuahua mix. We have had her for over a year, but where we moved, she gets out, and is VERY protective when it comes to other dogs that does not live with her. She has never bit anyone or any other dog but she needs a fenced in yard with no close neighborhood dogs. She is even tempered. Loves being with her person all the time and sleeping under the covers. She does well with cats, dogs (that live in her home), and kids of all ages. I have a 1 year old, 14 year old and 17 year old. She is crate trained and house trained. It breaks my heart to re-home her, but if the right person comes along I will let her go.
