We are looking to hire several experienced house cleaning contractors to join our Ingenious Maids team. We have an exciting opportunity for growth in our housekeeping business. We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals with a proven track record of success in housekeeping. Must work independently and work smart Duites - Clean residential houses, Vacation rental homes, and staged homes - Clean kitchen, living room, dining room, dusting, mopping, sweeping, and etc - Do an assessment prior to cleaning to set the client's expectation Candidates must have: - 2 + years of paid residential cleaning experience preferred - Candidates must have their own cleaning supplies ( cleaners, mops, broom vacuum and etc.) - Contractor's liability insurance - Reliable transportation and a valid driver license - Be able to pass a background check . - Have a positive attitude and determination - Be able to speak English. Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred. The position offers ✅ flexible scheduling and consistent, pre-scheduled work. ✅ Part Time or Full Time, if desired. Shift hours are from 9am to 5 - 6pm, and typically involve cleaning 1-2 houses per day within a 30 mile radius of your home or business address. Pay is weekly.
