This position is with a growing property management company in Kenosha. A General Cleaning l worker is responsible for cleaning all common areas of the property, cleaning units between rentals (turnovers), and maintaining the property in a pristine and clean condition. Responsibilities: • Clean all entrances, lobby, and hallways (broom, mop, vacuum as needed) • Clean windows and glass doorways as needed • Clean basements and laundry areas (mop, dust, pick up waste, empty garbage, clean laundry machines (washers & dryers), remove lint from dryers, and clean public bathrooms • Walk around property and collect garbage that is on the grounds • Clean apartments during turnovers o Removal of previous tenant items o Full cleaning of apartment prior to rental per company checklist • Spray for inspects as needed and per direction of property manager • Shampoo carpets periodically using company equipment • Must follow company and accepted practice safety regulations and track work performed on company log sheets or through work order software system Qualifications: • Previous experience with references • Excellent health and physical condition; able to lift 50 lbs and labor continuously for several hours • Very reliable and high integrity, able to work without supervision • Good interpersonal skills • Must pass physical exam and drug testing Work Hours: • Part time, M-F, 20 hrs. per week
