Job Description Evenings and weekends cleaners work part-time at customers' locations performing various cleaning tasks, including: Cleaning glass doors and windows Sweeping and/or vacuuming Mopping Emptying trash Cleaning restrooms Dusting and disinfecting surfaces Although hours will vary depending on the business being served, most evening shifts are scheduled between 6pm and 10pm, and most weekend shifts are scheduled on Saturdays between 8am and 5pm. You determine your availability, and we will work with you to build a schedule that fits. Pay and Bonuses Pay starts at $15 per hour PLUS a $5 gas stipend added for each day you work: Weekly paycheck via direct deposit Bonuses for employee referrals up to $250 per referral Bonuses for customer referrals up to $100 per referral Opportunities for extra shifts Paid vacation after 12 months Listen to music while you work Dress comfortably and work only minutes from home Qualifications Candidates who make great cleaners have an eye for details and are persistent until they get the results the customer wants. Although we do not require previous professional cleaning experience to join our team, we do ask that candidates demonstrate an ability to (1) be detail-oriented and to (2) be dependable.
