Please anyone want to help? Special needs newborn puppy!!

I was given a newborn puppy that we hoped my momma dog would accept, but she isn’t interested, he’s much younger than hers. He is only 2 days old. This babies momma sadly died during delivery. This puppy has special needs. He only has 3 normal legs, the missing leg is about 1/3 the normal length. My fear is, he will be euthanized by owner if I can’t find a place for him as he was the only puppy in the litter and he’s going to require extra attention. My work schedule doesn’t allow this extra time. Feedings every 2 hours for the first week at least. He struggles pulling himself along, so he’s going to do best put in a wedge pillow or something more creative as he gains strength to help push himself around. I have seen many 3 legged dogs do well in life. He will be a larger breed beautiful dog, approximately 75#. I am bottle feeding him and just praying for another answer for this little fighter.
