Removal of Boxes and Faulty Furniture

I just moved here and the move, along with some unfortunate issues with faulty furniture pieces has created quite a bit. All I have is boxes filled with packaging and few furniture pieces, largest being a headboard. Nothing is heavy, a pickup truck would be plenty of space. I can't see the loading process taking more than 20 minutes with one person. I'm looking to have this done after work tomorrow night preferably or maybe another night this week? I just need you to be clean and not make a mess with the removal from my apartment building and then please dispose of it all properly, not in my complex obviously-they still have boxes in there from me a few weeks back.
