3 year old Lovebird

I have a 3 year old Fishers Lovebird (black head, yellow and orange chest, green wings down to his tail) looking for a new home. He has been well taken care of, clean cage, plenty of treats, fresh water changed at least daily, and lots and lots of entertaining toys for his very smart bird brain (: I just haven't had the time to socialize with him as much as he requires, and having 4 cats has made it impossible for him to be out of his cage and fly around... He's a great bird who loves people around to 'talk' to, and his favorite is eating millet by your hand, and being misted with a spray bottle!! He would come with his bird cage (measures 30in wide × 18in tall × 18 in deep) with night cover I custom sewed, an extra cage I used while cleaning out his cage, 2 bins of toys as you need to switch them out regularly so he doesn't get bored, and all of the treats I have left and a brand new bag of bird food. I purchased him from a baby for $299 from a reputable bird breeder. I really want him to go to a home where he will get the interaction he needs - at LEAST an hour a day one on one time - and where he can be able to leave his cage and explore/ get his exercise. With all of his belongings included with this beautiful bird, i am requiring a rehoming of $150 non negotiable.
