Description
Are you interested in learning more about mindfulness? Join me for this live information session about Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction classes. You'll get to experience a guided meditation and learn more about this experiential group class. MBSR is the most widely studied mindfulness intervention, created in 1970s by Jon Kabat Zinn. In this class you'll explore meditation, mindful movement, eating, communicating and self care. The info session is January 19th from 7-8PM EST. If you are interested please send me an email and I'll email a link before the session. The next 8-week MBSR course is Feb 2nd-March 23rd with a full day retreat March 11th (9AM-3PM).
