DRIVER / WAREHOUSE MANGER WANTED- We are a construction company seeking a full time driver to pick up material orders from our vendors and deliver them to our job sites on a daily basis. Must also be able to keep our warehouse stocked and organized with items that are used on a regular basis so that our crews have what they need when they need it. Primary duties will include: * Receiving material orders from office/field personnel * Making material orders to our vendors, ensuring that materials are ordered in time for the job dates needed * Picking up materials from vendors, Home Depot, Lowes or where ever materials and supplies are ordered from and delivering them in a timely manner to the job sites. * Checking pricing at various suppliers to determine who has best pricing, etc. Negotiating pricing etc. * Keeping warehouse inventory accurate including materials and tools * Doing all tasks needed to keep our crews productive with respect to ensuring that the tools and supplies that they need are provided to them when needed and on schedule. Because of the high level of trust that this position requires with regard to our tools, purchasing methods etc., the following requirements are non-negotiable and are REQUIRED. Please do NOT apply if you do NOT meet ALL of these qualifications: * Must have VALID Drivers License and GOOD Driving Record (Our corporate insurance will require a current MVR) * Must be able to pass a drug screening. Please do not apply if you cannot pass a drug test.
