6 month old cockatiel with cage. Top of cage opens up. Bought new. Cockatiel is not hand tape but still young enough to train. She is very vocal and will let you know when she wants food. Only rehoming due to financial issues. Asking $125 which doesn’t even cover the cost of the cage.
