Hello! We are an up-and-coming short term rental property management company, and are seeking reliable and business minded individuals to fill the following roles: Our Cleaners will: - Follow a clear cleaning checklist that is app based (Hospitable) and report any issues during your clean to our coordinator - Perform deep cleaning as needed - Drop off or do laundry on property while cleaning - Be a proactive and clear communicator We provide all cleaning solutions, vacuums, and mops, which stay at the properties for ease of use. Our Handyperson will: - Inspect properties per our schedule and follow a clear inspection and maintenance checklist that is app based (Hospitable) and report any issues during your inspection to our coordinator - Perform small maintenance tasks like replacing batteries and bulbs, testing alarms, adjusting camera angles, tightening loose furniture, replacing outlets/switches, touch up painting, assembling furniture, replenishing consumable stock, and suggesting other improvements to the property. You'll also be acting as our quality assurance person for our cleans. - Be a proactive and clear communicator We offer a per hour or per clean structure and pay for your mileage outside of the Montpelier area (if you'd like to be a backup for our other area of rentals). This is a 1099 position. And we provide a quarterly profit-sharing bonus! The exact amount depends on the hours you work and the properties you serve, but we do generously show our appreciation every 3 months as you are pivotal to our success. We currently have 2 properties in the area, totaling 3 spaces to be cleaned/inspected. This will increase to at least 5 spaces by the end of 2023, but we're just getting started.
