Description

We will test range of motion, teach you mobility drills and supplemental strength training to improve performance your bike. We are going to be looking at spine and hip mobility, drills to improve motion to prevent pain and maintain efficiency. We will then switch gears (pun intended?) and take participants through a warm up designed to maximize performance for a pre-ride. This warm up will get us ready for a lil strength circuit before we cool down with ideal stretching/mobility drills for biker hips. It’s going to be fun. You may get a lil sweaty. You’ll definitely add to your toolbox with ways to stay healthy and strong on your bike. NOTE: each participant will have a designated workout area and equipment during this event. Masks are mandatory.
