Looking for a guitar luthier for a project

We are looking for someone who can build a guitar (it came as a kit) from start. I have ALL parts and am NOT looking to play this guitar as it will be a display. It will need to be painted as well. Again, I am not changing pickups or anything as this will hang on a wall in a business. It is unique as it is a 12 string and a 6 string Flying V Would love to pay someone a decent amount to get this done for us!!!!
