My name's DeAaron. 31 years old. I'd really like to find someone, if not a group, to write songs and jam with. I've been a drummer for nearly 15 years. My last band seems to have fizzled out, so I'm hoping to find something new to be a part of. I dig a wide range of genres but feel most at-home playing post rock/metal, stoner rock/metal, and sludge rock/metal. Though, I'm open to playing almost any genre. Some of my faves include Mastodon, Russian Circles, Adele, All Them Witches, Baroness, The Black Dahlia Murder, Coheed and Cambria, Cynic, Franz Ferdinand, Gojira, Jimi Hendrix, Job for a Cowboy, Lamb of God, Leprous, Theivery Corporation, Led Zeppelin, The Mars Volta, Metallica/Megadeth, Muse, Pallbearer, Pelican, Heart, Pink Floyd, The Police, Radiohead, Red Fang, Torche, Voice from the Fuselage, Wilco, Windhand, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, The Sword, Santigold, Kylesa, Gone is Gone, Elder, Astronoid, Amon Amarth, Gorillaz, IDLES. The list could go on and my taste is much more diverse than the list tells, but these bands are a good representation of the music I'd be most comfortable playing. I have a decent studio/jam set-up with full band demo recording capabilities and bass/guitar amps and cabinets. Also a full PA for vocals, synths, etc. I just want to have fun while putting forth and honest effort at human expression. Let's channel some vibrations. 🤘🏾
